Only 3 stars because ... the quality of the t-shirts is very decent but I expected a little bit more, but basically that was not the reason for sending them back. 4 ordered t-shirts in 2 sizes and each .... waaaaaaaay too long... like 7cm too long. In the shoulders everything was ok, but the length ... something went wrong here. Another issue is the lack of free returns - when ordering for 100eur I expected that I would be able to send it back for free, as almost every company offers free returns... well, unfortunately not with VO, it's a pity.

The clothes themselves are really high quality and look great, but what really made them stand out was the customer service. Not only had I forgotten to use a discount code I had, but I also ordered a couple of items a size up. I got in contact with them and the refunded my the discount I would have had, and exchanged the clothes I’d bought for a different size. Can’t fault them. Jenny especially was super helpful.

Bought this as a present for my partner and he loves it. The fitting was perfect (I followed the fitting guide on VO), good quality and looks very smart. Would buy again. I also bought the Blue Kale t-shirt which was equally lovely and good sizing and quality. The order was delivered in good time and would order again from VO. Thank you :)

Ordered TWO VEGAN AF shirts… never came. And when the second one ALSO didn’t come, the rep implied I STOLE them because scientifically that was impossible. And then asked for a REVIEW! Never again.

I can't rate this company highly enough. Products are amazing (excellent quality) and customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their responses are prompt and with a smile :). Oh, and they're packaging is plastic free whilst also donating to animal charities. What is not to love!

VO has the best quality of merchandise, service & materials I come across. I get more compliments on my long sleeve Herbivore shirt than any other. When I did have a shipping issue (I'm in the US), their response was quick & well appreciated. Keep the styles coming.

Stumbled across this site - I am ALL for how they operate as ethically and sustainably as poss, and even donate a little over 10% of their profits to amazing UK sanctuaries dedicated to rescuing farm animals from abuse and slaughter.

There's so many designs that are just absolutely lush. Quality is excellent, and fit is spot on. Shame that the white t-shirt is see through - I might have to send this back - but I am in love with my grey and black tees and get lots of compliments. Def a shop to bookmark!

Vegan Outfitters products and crew are simply my FAVORITE! I order from them regularly (and compulsively!) I offer their products as gifts to my vegan friends and I share them around every chance I get! I'm in Canada and my stuff gets to me in no time! I work from home and let's just be honest, I wear their stuff pretty much daily now that my wardrobe is pretty VO tagged! Their customer service is seriously THE BEST, but in their follow up ethics and their true care for their customers! It's a brand I love, and recommend to all!

Wonderful company to deal with. Bought two t shirts for my daughter. A small problem with one of them after two washes. Emailed the company, no ifs or buts, they replaced the t shirt immediately. I think the sign of a good company is how they deal with issues. Vegan Outfitters totally exceeded my expectations. Will definitely order again.

Absolutely love their clothes!! Have bought several t shirts and they are superb quality!!They wash really nice and don’t lose their shape or fade.
They have a really friendly helpful customer service team who can’t do enough for you.My last order I accidentally ordered the wrong size sent a message asking if it could be changed before despatch and they did it straight away.

I have bought several t-shirts and hoodies from Vegan Outfitters and can’t recommend them enough.
They are fantastic quality, wash really well, and don’t fade or lose their shape.
Delivery is always quick.
Basically, I’ve never had an issue!
I will certainly buy more and hope you try them too :)
